Organize your sources in Noodletools! Tips:

• Import books and ebooks into Noodletools using the ISBN number.
• Not sure what type of source you have? Ask!

Do you need images for reference for your illustration? Try these before turning to a Google search:

• Metropolitan Museum of Art collection
• J. Paul Getty Museum collection
• Wikimedia Commons (lots of images from museums around the world)
• Tip: Try searching for a specific type of art, such as mosaic, vase. glass, or sculpture. 

Also check out these specific resources from our library databases:

•  Glossary of Terms from Ancient Roman Sports, A-Z in Credo Reference. This glossary contains brief descriptions of many of the different types of gladiators. You can also search within this ebook to see if your type of gladiator is mentioned.
• Sport in the Ancient World from A-Z in Proquest. Click "read online" and search for gladiator or your specific type of gladiator in the book.

• Gladiators: Types and Training from the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
• Spectacles in the Roman World is a very helpful e-book from the University of British Columbia, scroll down a little and click on "read book" to access. There is are chapters on types of gladiators and female gladiators. 
• Gladiators from the Encyclopaedia Romana.
